Objective
To create awareness around common misconceptions associated with work-from-home culture while driving audience engagement across multiple content formats.
Insight
While work-from-home became widely accepted, many outdated assumptions around productivity, discipline, and professionalism continued to shape workplace conversations.
Idea
A content-led communication approach built around breaking common work-from-home myths through relatable, informative, and platform-friendly storytelling. The thought was adapted across multiple formats including blogs, social media, and email communication to maintain consistency in messaging while reaching audiences through different touchpoints.

Execution
• Created long-form blogs for multiple HerKey content themes, using informative, relatable, and conversational narratives.
• Built each concept around a clear reader problem, making topics easier to understand, engage with, and act on.
• Extended selected blog ideas into supporting social media creatives — for example, turning the WFH myths blog into six scroll-friendly visuals.
• Adapted larger content themes into email communication to guide readers back to the main conversation.
• Created additional editorial communication for HerKey Gold Club, a separate HerKey initiative, including newsletters, updates, and community-focused content.
• Maintained consistency across blogs, social media, emailers, and newsletters while shaping each format for its own audience and purpose.
Through multiple ideas and communication formats similar to this one, the larger objective remained consistent — encouraging and enabling women across India to start, restart, and grow in their professional journeys.
