About Me
Working with Words, Differently
Glad you’re here. I’m Richa.
I’ve spent over a decade working with agencies, brands, and founders, writing campaigns, shaping ideas, and building content that’s meant to do more than just sound good. If you’d like, you can explore my work to get a sense of how I think and write. Along the way, in 2015, an accident forced me to pause. Not to start over, but to become more intentional about the work I chose to do and the way I approached it. I did go back to the advertising world as I knew it, but again, I paused.
Today, through The Rich Diary, I help people turn scattered thoughts into clear, structured, and meaningful ideas for communication. The kind that feels like you, but sharper. Because most of the time, the challenge isn’t a lack of ideas, it’s a lack of clear communication. And when that shifts, everything else: how you’re understood, remembered, and chosen, begins to fall into place.
